The promoter group pursues aggressive business interests globally in IT products (Dion Global Solutions and Religare Technologies) Financial Services (Religare Enterprises), Health Care (Fortis Health Care), Wellness (Religare Wellness), Diagnostics (Super Religare Laboratories) and Aviation and Travel (Religare Voyages).
I am working with Religare Technologies since April, 2012 in HEALTHFORE – The Healthcare Solutions Division that provides products and services that help healthcare providers achieve business objectives while providing quality patient care. Specifically I am working on a ultimate Hospital Information System developed with Microsoft Dot Net Platform Technologies like Silverlight with PRISM & MVVM Framework, WCF with WCF RIA Services, Entity Framework, Telerik Silverlight Controls and SQL Server.

I worked with Light Pharma from November, 2010 to April, 2012 on a web application namely PI™ : A Revolutionary Knowledge Management Approach To Enhancing Quality, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance for World’s Largest Life Sciences, Health Care and High Technology Companies. Most latest Microsoft .Net technologies & techniques like Silverlight 4.0, Navigation Framework, MVVM Framework, Composite Application Block (PRISM), Microsoft Enterprise Library, WCF, Entity Framework 4.0, SQL Server are used in developing PI™. Third party controls from Telerik and Mind Fusion are also used in development of PI™.

I worked with K9 Technology from May, 2010 to November, 2010. During my tenure with the company I worked on highly scalable web CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application. Microsoft .Net tools & technologies like Silverlight with MVVM framework, WCF, SQL Server, Nhibernate are used in developing the CRM application.
My tenure with K9 Technology was really exciting in terms of work and learning. It was my second experience with a start up company and first with project development company.

CYNCZ is a product development company, infact a product itself which uses innovative algorithms to automatically synchronize & de-duplicate your address book data, whether it is your mobile, or email, or CRM address book, or even your social network addresses.
I worked with CYNCZ from April, 2009 to April, 2010 on a web application namely http://www.cyncz.com : A online automatic contact synchronization platform which enables user to manage their address books almost without any regular manual effort. Microsoft .Net technologies & techniques like ASP.net, Silverlight, WCF, ADO.net, SQL Server are used in developing CYNCZ.
I simply loved to work at CYNCZ which has a flat organization structure to facilitate communication, foster flexibility and agility and develop entrepreneurial skills. The work environment at CYNCZ is informal, supportive, and empowering. People at CYNCZ not only come up with new and creative ideas, but they are encouraged to implement these ideas with no hold bar and so I got strongly encouraged to try and implement new ideas.
